Aerowise will participate in the 4th edition of Cielos Abiertos, an event focused on women in aviation that will take place on March 28 at the ProFlight facilities at Presidente Rivadavia Airport, with both an in-person component and a live stream on YouTube.

The company will be represented by its CEO & Owner, Perla Fagúndez, who will participate as a speaker in a panel discussion, sharing her insights based on her experience in operations, flight coordination, and management within business aviation.

Aerowise’s participation in such events takes on special significance in a context where the aviation industry continues to make progress—albeit gradually—in the areas of diversity and inclusion. Historically characterized by a strong male presence, the sector faces the challenge of creating more opportunities and visibility for female talent in key areas such as operations, maintenance, flight, and management.

In this regard, Aerowise stands out as a leading example within the industry: currently, nearly 90% of its team is made up of women, many of whom hold strategic and operational roles. This distinction reflects not only an organizational culture focused on inclusion but also a concrete commitment to women’s professional development in a highly technical and competitive field.

“Being part of Cielos Abiertos is an opportunity to share real-world industry experiences while continuing to drive the growth of more women in aviation. At Aerowise, we believe in talent, training, and professionalism as the cornerstones for building strong teams, and we are convinced that diversity adds direct value to our operations,” said Fagúndez.

Events like Cielos Abiertos serve as key platforms to drive this change, promoting the exchange of experiences, the creation of professional networks, and the visibility of career paths that inspire new generations to enter the industry.

Through its participation as a speaker, Aerowise reinforces its commitment to this transformation process, supporting initiatives that not only highlight the role of women in aviation but also contribute to building a more diverse, representative, and sustainable industry in the long term.
