In line with its commitment to keeping clients informed about the latest developments in the global aviation industry, Aerowise announces the full implementation of the Free Route Airspace (FRA) concept in the metropolitan airspace of France above FL305.

The initiative, announced by Guillaume Blondel, Director of Operations at the DSNA, enables operators to plan more direct trajectories between entry and exit points, largely eliminating the constraints associated with traditional airways.Imagen

This development represents a qualitative leap in operational efficiency, reducing flight times, fuel consumption, and emissions, in line with European environmental objectives and global trends in air traffic management.

The implementation is part of the ongoing evolution of the European ATM system and was made possible through coordination with the Network Manager of Eurocontrol, a key organization in the integration of the continent’s airspace.

At Aerowise, we closely monitor these milestones that are reshaping global air operations, providing our clients with an up-to-date, strategic perspective aligned with industry best practices.
